The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: order verification, product customization, quality inspection and packaging. Since all of our products are custom made, it usually takes 3-5 days for the product to be produced after you place an order. All orders will be sent to the fulfillment center for shipment within 5-7 days after the order is placed.

Delivery time: the time required to receive your order after your order is shipped. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and shipping method.

All packages have specific tracking information and can be tracked through the "My Orders" section or "Order Status" in your account.

about taxes
Usually, our customers will not be charged customs duties. However, this happens from time to time due to increasingly stringent customs inspections.

In some cases, VAT or customs duties are imposed by your country, and these charges are different from shipping charges. Note that this may also apply to retail and wholesale customers. We have no control over these costs and cannot estimate them for you, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

These costs are your responsibility as a responsible tax-paying citizen of your country.

Tracking information will begin sending after your order ships. You will receive your tracking number via email where you placed your order. Please check your spam folder in case you cannot find your delivery email.

We will not be liable for any loss caused during any natural disaster (including but not limited to flood, fire, tornado), terrorist attack or threat of terrorism, customs service strike/postal service strike, civil conflict, riot, invasion or occupation, Extreme weather conditions or telecommunications network failures.

Orders shipped to Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam, and Alaska cannot be delivered by courier.

3. Shipping
We are currently offering free shipping on orders over $59. For orders under $59, we will charge $7.99 for shipping.

If the package is returned due to insufficient/wrong address and contact information, the customer needs to bear the shipping cost of resending.

4. Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses?
Yes. We can ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, but shipping times can take up to 25 business days. Customers ordering at APO/FPO/DPO addresses may need to go to a local courier for pickup.
